September 19, 200322 yr The Sox do NOT suck ass, they are just not as fundamentally good as Minnesota. The Sox have some strengths and some weaknesses, and Minnesota exposed the weaknesses and took advantage. The Sox have a good team this year, and I hope that next year's team at least SOMEWHAT resembles this year's. They took a shot at adding veterans, and it didn't work out. Tip the cap to Minnesota, they have EARNED the lead and control they enjoy in the AL Central.
September 19, 200322 yr I think the main reason Minny is better than us is because of their Batting Average compared to ours. Sure we hit way more runs but they get so many guys on base whether it's through their hitting or drawings walks e.g Loaiza and Garland.

Tip the cap to Minnesota, they have EARNED the lead and control they enjoy in the AL Central. lol....the sox are fundamentaly not as good as alot of teams not just minnysoda....we couldnt beat the tigers to save our sorry asses... so it wasnt just minny it was almost everyone we played...... minnysoda wasnt the only team to expose our weeknesses i can think of a few others..... yeah we may have had a pretty good team this year,(they looked great on paper thats for sure) but dont count on it coming close to resembling that next year..... on paper or otherwise..... most of those vets are the only ones who were producing so how didnt it work out??? they did their part..... as for minny earning the lead.... yeah i guess so... we surely didnt desire it enough ,so no arguement there........
