Too bad that Z-FORCE ( as the Chimp calls him ) couldn't figure out how to get him out! Let's see....they score 4, 3 and 2 against the Tidewater Tides disguised as the NY Mets, and now they give up NINE in 5 innings to the Bucs...yeah, Atlanta has to be PRAYING that they don't win the Central!

September 19, 200322 yr Pirates finally gain some momentum on a three run 5th, and they give one run right back. This really takes the enthusiasm out of a team (atleast for the White Sox it did) Though Pirates did good limiting the damage to run run off a sac fly by Alex Gonzalez. Fegeroa (?) loaded em up with one out from two walks and plunking Randall Simon. God I hope they lose both games in this doubleheader, Cub fans own every arguement on me.
September 19, 200322 yr I love it. Pirates hit a line drive to sammy, who does a Magglio like slide and it hits off his mit. Anyone sensible person would see it is an error besides good ol Stoney. Besides predicting double plays, deciding if a play is an error or not is the most annoying quirk this guy has. Yes....it did go for an error. Even better, Grudzilanek bobbles a short fly to right. AND AGAIN he is making an arguement for a base hit.
