    The problem is not having established roles in the pen. Kopech has been attempting to close and Wilson has been largely setup. I don't undeserved pitching Wilson yesterday, and I don't understand flip flopping their "roles" tonight. If he went Wilson Kopech and blew it fine.

    I believe you are correct. And he was among the most competent, successful Sox managers in my lifetime.

    In any other organization yes. I would have no doubt it'd be coming soon. Gene Lamont was 11 - 20 in 1995 with a career .551 winning percentage when he was fired. There is no logic, consistency, competency, desire, or pride here. Just pure failure.
