September 30, 200817 yr Would you expect any other team to do so? What a joke, their management should all be canned. ProFootballTalk.com reports the Bengals have signed free agent RB Cedric Benson. You couldn't script it any better. A Bengals franchise that has taken flack the past several years for ignoring character when making personnel decisions has put potential over professionalism once again. Benson, likely signed because DeDe Dorsey is out for the season while backup Kenny Watson was inactive in Week 4, will provide depth behind Chris Perry. Even with Perry's obvious struggles, we wouldn't rush to the waiver wire to pick up Benson.
September 30, 200817 yr He was recently cleared of all charges. He may not fit in. Edited September 30, 200817 yr by JorgeFabregas

October 6, 200817 yr Benson looked like crap in the game yesterday...granted it was his first game back, but he looked like the Benson of old...running right into the defensive line.
