Replacing the Despaigne/Covey/Santana/Detwiler hydra of doom with wheeler is, what, a 6-7 win improvement?

What really matters is it awesome that people view the White Sox better moving forward than the Cubs ?

I want spins of the wheel and many of them because actually getting over the top is like 95% luck. The Nationals were a misplayed ball in right field away from being bounced in the Wild Card Game. The Dodgers could just as easily have 2 or 3 World Series as they do 0. They'll be among the favorites again this year and for the foreseeable future. The breaks didn't go their way, but that's viewing through hindsight. Who would you rather be right now?

Just to take it to an extreme, would the Tatis trade be worth it if the Sox held on and won it all, Shields and Tatis themselves being equal. No chance.
