Yeah Giolito is pitching in such a way that it looks like they only need to be serviceable major leaguers. Will that continue? Idk, but it's a lot easier to envision a solid enough rotation with this version of Giolito.

I wouldn't say they would be better with any level of confidence, but his carrying tools should give you a playable second basemen as is.
