Kopech: Dodger trade was a blessing
You still cannot compare your most everyday folks who work 40+ hours a week to a dude playing baseball for the Chicago White Sox/Dodgers

Kopech: Dodger trade was a blessing
This comparison does not work. We are not playing a kid's sport being paid millions of dollars and are celebrities. Please stop using the everyday folks to dudes/gals that play professional sports and make tons of money and have all the fame. Bad comparison.

Kopech: Dodger trade was a blessing
He said a lot in so little. This is absolute garbage coming from a pro athlete being paid millions to play a kids game. Zero respect for this

I'm not familiar with Mayo's game. From what you all are describing about mayo......is this Jake Burger 2.0? OR he's better......if so why?

Coaching Staff
Katz is well respected and is a good pitching coach. With him and Bannister teaming up, that truly is not one of the concerns with this organization in my eyes. There are concerns everywhere else from your owner to GM to player development to lack of talent..........I can keep going.

White Sox asking for "top prospects" for Robert
Luis Robert was a shell of a baseball player when he came back from injury. The question is was he hurt? Or He just didn't give a s%*#? In the end, I....one of his biggest fans, stopped giving a s%*#. He is not a winning baseball player. I don't give a crap about WAR....there are certain situations where WAR doesn't make sense. Apply Luis Robert here....

Venable named new Sox Manager-per Merkin
I hate this team and organization but the Dodgers didn't fix Kopech. Ethan Katz had it figured out, just needed Kopech to buy in like he did with Dodgers.

Venable named new Sox Manager-per Merkin
This is a good move for multiple reasons. However, this move is only as good if he is given the assets to work with. He could be the best manager in the world but if you give him the roster from last year with the ineptitude of guys like Luis Robert then it really doesn't matter. I guess this is a step in the right direction BUT I will wait to see what the product on the field looks like.

Good or Bad
That inning by MK gave my goosebumps What could have been. Good luck to Michael Kopech and his journey, It did not work out here......it doesn't for most

Idea of an AL Central tv alliance...
How does Jerry benefit from this?

The trade ideas begin! Robert for Holliday ++
I would straight up trade Robert for Holliday in a heartbeat.

Terry Francona reportedly hired by Reds
I truly think it will be Sizemore.

Schriffen speaks...
If and when the Sox are good and JS is the announcer for that team.........you will all appreciate the enthusiasm I like JS and feel like he got better, as he admitted, as the year went on. For me, he would be an awesome listen if this team was any good.

Dear Sox fans

The Mystery of Luis Robert
He's always been aggressive This post makes zero sense on why he is struggling

The Mystery of Luis Robert
Whatever approach they are asking him to use OR he is using has zapped all of his power

The Mystery of Luis Robert
I need to better understand the fall off for Luis Robert. For those that know this organization and may have some in's with the team, what is the reason for Luis's abysmal season at the plate...... 1. Lack of caring 2. He's still hurt and battling injury 3. He's just not as good as we think 4. The organization fucked him up 5. Something else 6. all of the above

9/26 Sox vs. Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim 1:10PM - final home game
Out of all those guys, Sosa has shown the most to me this year. If we are giving playing to this group Sosa would be my starting 2B.

Buster Olney and Jesse Rogers’s turn ripping the Sox
There can be all the hit pieces in the world but when the man in the High Castle is insulated, powerful, and only hears/sees what he wants then it really doesn't matter. You have an empowered GM who basically is outclassed and doesn't seem to want to try to win anytime soon. He is supported by the man in the high castle. The ones that are hurt by everything that has gone on with this organization are the true fans. Like the boys/gals on this board and many others who have lived and dies White Sox baseball. These are dark days that might take a decade to crawl out off.

The Athletic: Must Read article on Jerry Reinsdorf/White Sox
I read on X somewhere yesterday that Jerry called for a meeting with the FO after the article came out. Can the insiders confirm this? Sounds like a Jerry thing to try to find a way to cover his ass.
