Fly ball to Dye, Pagan did not tag and score and probably should have. May get bailed out.

QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ May 18, 2007 -> 02:06 PM) Gregory Helms out for a year with some sort of neck fusion surgery. I'm gonna hope they bring him back as the Hurricane. That was one of the better gimmicks of the last few years, much better than his current gimmick of "man with leather vest." That's unfortunate. He has come a long way since the "3 Count" days. You're right, he is not big enough to pull off the tough guy heel image.

I think the wind is blowing out to left. Best yet, it shut Hawk up in the middle of another boring rant.

QUOTE(BearSox @ May 18, 2007 -> 12:39 PM) 8 hole... and it will be tough for him since he does have the pitcher batting right behind him. Stupid NL...ha ha.

Hall could give us great production outof the 9 hole if he can hit like he has. Just get some guys on in front of him.

This thread come full circle. It originally started with RVD and Sabu getting pulled over with pot and stuff and right now, they are both gone.

Ozzie
And I heard the AJ interview, his quote was taken so far out of context. He is upset he wasn't playing cuz he said it is a big series. He didn't rip anyone. He said he would love to play everyday. I think he realizes that Toby is the right move but is just being passionate about his job. I don't think AJ meant anything towards Ozzie or anyone.

Ozzie
I heard the whole thing live. I don't think Ozzie called in, he was scheduled to come on the show with North. Ozzie could not get a word in. North kept yelling over him and even after Ozzie said he wouldn't swear, North kept yelling over him and Ozzie finally hung up. Good radio, both guys are to blame.

QUOTE(WHarris1 @ May 17, 2007 -> 10:02 PM) What's wrong? The first part was clearly in jest and the 2nd part is more than accurate. My bad, I meant to split up your quote. Back problems hindered him tonight more than he and the team let on. Ben wasn't the problem. Kirk, while with double digit assists, needed to look to shoot more, where was PJ the second half, and NOBODy could knock down an open jumper. Rasheed makes me wanna puke. Such a baby. Reminds me of Derrick Coleman.

QUOTE(WHarris1 @ May 17, 2007 -> 09:47 PM) Guarantee Ben Wallace is smiling and shaking hands with the Pistons after the game like they are still his teammates. Hell, he did more for them than us tonight so he might as well be. Wrong. I talked to one of the beat writers today and he told me Ben's back is actually hindering more than he and the team is letting on.
