You should have punched him in the face. Or at least shaved his goatee.
  2. yan was rated as the best defensive 2B in all of the Carloina League by Baseball America, if that means anything to you.
  3. He's a Jason Grimsley clone, nice sinker, good off-speed stuff. Walks too many people to be included in the Top 10 for pitchers. Averages 4.88 BB/9, that's pretty bad.
  4. i personally think you have the 1 and 2 backwards. moviel was rated much higher than veal. veal was drafted where he was suppose to plus or minus a round. however moviel was rated at a supp 1 rounder or second. Veal fell because he had a written committment to Arizona, and said he was very doubtful that he would sign. He turned down a 500,000 dollar bonus from the Yankees before the draft, so he fell. Veal was a 2nd to 3rd rounder.

    INDIANA STATE UNIVERISTY!! WOOOOoo....wait....no.
  6. Veal and Moviel reek of SIGN ME! High costs though.
  7. Well, neither is Brian Cooper, considering he's almost on the wrong side of 30.
  8. They could make him walk.
  9. Read title: Top 5 Prospects Borchard still projects.

  11. Nanita may be heading off to Kanny, but I'm not 100% positive. Also, with the Lopez/Castro debate, I've gotta side with Castro. He's a lefty who can reach the mid to high 90's, or so I've heard.
  12. GhettOwned! Nevermind Batters: 1) Jeremy Reed 2) Joe Borchard 3) Brian Anderson 4) Ricardo Nanita 5) Ryan Sweeney Pitchers: 1) Kris Honel 2) Neal Cotts 3) Jon Rauch 4) Ryan Wing 5) Enemencio Pacheco
  13. Nah, I think Nanita is going to be promoted quite soon, I believe Kannapolis.
  14. Lets see, strikeouts mean nothing, walks mean a lot. I dotn care about strike outs. He needs to cut down on his walks before he can come to the majors. Its quite simple. Are you Brian West in disguise or something? Strikeouts are huge in gauging how good of a prospect a pitcher is. When you strike someone out, the pitcher reduces the risk for errors, hits, anything. If you strike someone out, less bad things will happen, in layman's terms.

Daubber caught games in the minors, and he's been our "emergency catcher" for the entire season. Look for Burke to start the game tonight, BTW.

Right click on the picture, select properties: the link to the picture is http://www.atpictures.com/tara/title.jpg Now in your signature, before the picture link, add [ img ] no spaces, of course. Once the link is done add a [ /img ]. No spaces. So: [ img ]http://www.atpictures.com/tara/title.jpg[ /img ]

  19. One way both ways. Gotta leave really early.
  20. Willie is faster and can catch up with more balls.
  21. Game only took 1:53, pretty nice. We win, fans show up. Go figure, huh Jerry?
  22. One good year? The guy hit .289-31-101 in 2001. I think taht's a bit better than good.
  23. Never thought we could do it, but man the Sox did it. Let's stay there! YEAH!!!
