  4. Willie w/ the Ozzie/smart/small ball.... I don't believe what I just saw.
  5. QUOTE(Soxnbears01 @ Apr 30, 2005 -> 08:02 PM) god hates the white sox. --greasywheels121
  6. Is Iguchi really the one we should be complaining about?
  7. QUOTE(Al Lopez's Ghost @ Apr 30, 2005 -> 06:18 PM) Harrelson and DJ just said Ozzie's thinking about breaking the two up. Hawk said "Got to, got to." I just want to know when we could start doing it. It does seem like a necessary thing.
  8. Gah...the baseball god's hate the White Sox organization.
  9. QUOTE(knightni @ Apr 30, 2005 -> 04:15 PM) It was fun as hell. Plus we won some money for best costume. Good times, good times.
  10. QUOTE(Soxnbears01 @ Apr 30, 2005 -> 03:59 PM) Me and my friends talk about our TMNT collections almost every week it seems. I don't have any of mine left, mom sold them all in a garage sale But i remember having the "evil base" it was a sphere, the name escapes me though. THat was the coolest thing ever. The Technodrome....duh
  11. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Apr 30, 2005 -> 03:54 PM) ...anyone getting the feeling the wheels are falling off? In the words of qwerty: no.

  13. QUOTE(farmteam @ Apr 30, 2005 -> 12:29 AM) Got back from the game a little bit ago. However bad they looked on TV, it was worse in person. I don't think there was a single extra base hit. However, the worst moment tonight came off the field. While I was walking up the ramps about an hour before the game, there were some guys ahead of us. One of them started pissing over the railing onto the ground (and possibly people, I don't know what) below. Disgusting and childish. Dye had a double.
  14. This was my friends and myself at a junior year dance. I will not reveal which one I am.
  15. I still love the '93 team. Black Jack, Fernandez, Alvarez, Hernandez, One Dog, Rock, Cora, Ventura, Frank, etc. I definitely didn't have my understanding of the sport, as I do now, but that's still the most fun I had watching a team.
  16. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Apr 29, 2005 -> 11:22 PM) You're preaching the choir, I'd love to see more hit and runs, I'd like guys to be bunted over more but like I said I have complete faith in this team and in this offense. Whatever, I no am going to be alone on this one but we'll have to take a wait and see approach. Oh I agree. You know how I am from last season, and what not; I'm definitely not one to give up on a team quickly. These guys have the capabilities to score some runs, no question about it. It's just frustrating; it seems the Sox never can have both at the same time. Right now, the pitching is doing a damn good job. Last year, it'd seem the pitching was okay, and the offense had to bail it out so many times.
  17. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Apr 29, 2005 -> 11:19 PM) Greasy, they're just all really scuffling right now, I think they've proved on this road trip that they can win without the homer. Obviously people aren't going to be happy right now but the mood around here will change once we win the next two. We definitely could've bunted a couple times tonight, or used the hit and run. We had the 1st guy on, 8 of the 11 innings. That's a perfect time to try to move someone over to get something, anything going.
  18. QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Apr 29, 2005 -> 11:16 PM) Someone bump Heather's old thread, I'm f***ing pissed at this team. I just hate how we claim we're going to play small ball. If we played small ball, we would've got more than 2 runners in to score with all the people we had on.
  19. We he looked fine after the run scored...
  20. If we lose, this is no one's fault but the offense's. f***in' pathetic job by them tonight.
  21. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Apr 29, 2005 -> 10:54 PM) I guess I'd still prefere to see Pablo batting, but that's why I'm not the manager. His wrist is still hurting.
