Positional and hitting development has gotten better. In my opinion there's still plenty of question marks on the pitching development.

It is harder. Some organizations are better at it than others though. Let's hope the White Sox get better at it.

Volchko stuff looks nasty. I have my questions with the sox pitching development to harness it. Do you think one of your wants can last to the Sox next pick?
