  1. "Floyd... Money... May..Weather Make it Rain Make Rain" 24/7 is awesome.... although I think they need to find someone other than Floyd for the next one, they have recycled alot of the same premises in this season as the day against DLH. If Hatton wins, hes going to need to knock Floyd out... which is going to be ummm difficult. Mayweather in a decision.
  2. Rudy nets number 2..... which is amazing to see. Im glad to see him on the top line and producing, I actually see him as a better fit on the top line than Jason Williams... but there is going to be an odd mad out some nights and Rudy makes more sense on line 3 with the bangers than Williams who is a sniper.
  3. QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Nov 28, 2007 -> 10:15 PM) Nice to see Kane tack on 3 assists tonight and Toews to add a goal. playing against the opposite team's second tier defenders helps. With Marty in the line-up... its going to be fun to watch Kane and Toews put up Nintendo numbers (thanks hawk.)
  4. QUOTE(EvilJester99 @ Nov 24, 2007 -> 06:44 PM) Its on @ 9PM cst.... my bad, I was looking at Chicagosports.com and they didnt have the TV listing for it. There is usually has been a few games a year where the hawks aren't televised even on the road. sorry
  5. QUOTE(The Critic @ Nov 24, 2007 -> 04:50 PM) I'm going to miss tonight's game - I'm heading to Milwaukee to see the Bucks play. Hopefully the non-flu-ridden Hawks can take down the Oilers! RED RISING!!! GO HAWKS!!!!! Game isn't even on Television. That sucks.
  6. QUOTE(CWSGuy406 @ Nov 24, 2007 -> 03:19 PM) Ugh, the flu is ravaging this team. Ruutu is out tonight, take a peek at the forwards: Versteeg - Toews - Kane Perreault - Lang - Samsonov Burish - Sharp - Byfuglien Koci - Dowell - Lapointe Thats what spin the bottle will do to ya.... tragic.
  7. QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Nov 22, 2007 -> 11:55 PM) You know what's awesome? The Hawks didn't even play CLOSE to their best game tonight and came out with the win. If we get 'Bulin playing near his best and Havlat back, this could be a final four team fellas... Even if it isn't, Chicago Blackhawks hockey is going to become a beast... just wait and see. The times they have a' changed. Conference Finals? I'm not willing to go that far.... shorthanded goals aren't something a team should count on to win games. I think this team makes the playoffs as a 7 or an 8, and that will depend if Havlat can come back as Superman like he was early on in the year. The kids will most likely tail off at some point, and they will need to rely on Ruuty, Lang, Sharp, Havlat, and Williams (which sounds like an actual base for a change) and Khaby not to get worn down. Then again, if we make the playoffs and Khabby goes insane like he did in 04 who knows?
  8. QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Nov 22, 2007 -> 10:18 PM) yes, they do indeed lead the league in shorties. 10 on the year... i think sharp has 4?
  9. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Nov 22, 2007 -> 01:01 PM) His grinder bash, perhaps? :notworthy :notworthy "hello Aaron... yah.. its me Kenny, say... I know its kinda late and all but do you have any plans for 08? "Hmmmm... well im having this bash, its kinda my b-day party, and I'd like you to come." "Why weren't you invited before? well i was trying to get this other jerk to come, but thats all over now." "Uh-huh, well how does 20 million less than that sound?"
  10. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Nov 22, 2007 -> 11:01 AM) So will LAA throwing a wretch in the plans of Williams, does Kenny go back to the Reagins and go get Willits? Kenny takes things too personally... Reagins is totally not invited to his birthday party.
  11. You mean Torii Hunter chose 20+ million dollars over a chance to hang out with Ben Wallace? What a rube.
  12. QUOTE(OilCan @ Nov 21, 2007 -> 02:50 PM) Depends on who (or where) your information from, ie. which web site. But, Coach Mike Haviled (sp) from the Rockford IceHogs commented greatly on how far along Skille has come. He may not be tearing up the AHL at a point per game pace, but he is learning on how to play a complete game first, then scoring second. IMO, he'll be fine. A year in the "A" won't hurt him. I agree... Skille imho looked better than Kane did in the pre-season. Skille has some serious wheels, a strong shot, and cpuld be a prototypical power-forward. But with the big boys it takes them a little longer to get comfortable in their bodies, Skille is 20 I believe, and while I think Kane and Toews will always be a little better then Skille... Skille should make an impact on the big club in the next few years.
  13. I'm a Grossman fan. Let me Preface the following statement with that. But I think this was the best QB game we saw this season. Rex made plays with his feet (sans fumble) escaped trouble and made good decisions. Grossman will probably be backing someone up next year, but I feel if he played like this with a real offensive line... he could be the franchise QB.
  14. Fred Miller completely leaving Rex out to dry.
  15. And with that field goal.... the season is over.
  16. Rex tried too hard to make something happen..... 1st down on the 31, shoulda threw it out of bounds. Otherwise, he has been great.
  17. DJ HACKETT - MOSS..... 147 yards today Shame on you Peanut.
  18. Almost right... I didnt forsee the false start penalty. Gould good for 3. Defense needs to MAN THE f*** UP and play smart.
  19. I wonder how much money we could throw at Al Saunders to come to Chicago.
  20. Im gonna guess the next play..... play-action pass which rex will need to check down, he'll hit Olsen for 5 over the middle... Robbie Gould will hit the FG.
