I just notice, Koch's velocity was down this outing. It seems whenever he's not able to hit 95 on a consistent basis (he was doing that his first few outings) then he really gets hit. He looked really bad. Even the pitches that weren't swung out were right over the heart of the plate.
He had my hopes up and I won't write him off after one start, but that wasn't pretty. It ain't over though, lets see the Sox get this out and then fight back in their half of the 9th.
