Ya, Mark, I'd be embarassed for him to see all your anti gay threads, and anti Irish threads and entire everyone other then yourself threads, lol.
I figure, a little kiss assing and maybe he ends up getting it.
Yes I would. Imo, Scioscia is one of the next true managers. His players love him, he's agressive and he manages the game the way i would. He tells his hitters the hell with the homer go for the contact and he preached that this entire off-season and now they don't strikeout, and because of that they can all move guys around.
We all know KW likes to get his things done via the trade market. Rarely does he make any big free agent splashes and almost always does he make big trades.
I'd look at Dempster, Penny and other younger talented pitchers cause my guess would be that one of them is on their way to Comiskey.
I'd also include the aging Hernandez brothers as possibilities.
What happened, you had the sig working?
Go to the thread where Mark put it in, then right click on it and hit properties, then just copy the link thats their and paste it in the slot for your signature and have an behind it.
I figure a catcher, a starting prospect thats in AAA, as well as another pitching prospect and maybe even another positional prospect.
So far I'm thinking Adkins, MJ or Paul, Matt Ginter, and Jeff Liefer.
Don't even mention those stinking Yankees. I need to email Ken Williams and tell him to go after this guy, and include with that my article in which I support him.
I'm sure he'll appreciate a little ass-kissin
Well, I am going to answer my own question.
They were dumped off the 40 man roster so that now means we have 4 guys to add to that roster and I'm sure the Sox will annouce that move soon.
I'm going to guess we'll see Joe Valentine and some other pitchers replacing them on the 40 man.
I know of the site as we share banners with that site and they are a top site.
Of course I know so little about hockey that it would be useless for me to post their.
Weren't all of those guys already in AAA? Why would you outright them their if they are already there? It has to mean they are being taken off of the 40 man and now are soley on the Knights roster, or am I really mistaken on this?
Anyway, as far as Barcelo goes has anyone heard anything about how his surgery went and if the Sox even expect him to pitch next season?
Hummel is doing good and Adkins has also tossed a couple innings giving up just a run.
Joe Valentine did get hit hard, giving up 8 hits in like 3 innings.
I've done some more reading on this guy, and right now he's 31 years old.
I don't know if anyone remembers back a couple years ago when the Orioles and Cuban team played an exhibition game, but Contreras was the pitcher who went 8 innings giving up somthing like 5 hits while striking out 10.
He is thought of as the best Cuban pitcher in the country and was 13-4 last season with an era under 2.00
If he is 31, then I say pick him up and sign him to say a 4 yr deal worth 16 million and lets see what the guy can do. Currently he's awaiting immigration news, but this guy sounds real good and if things go well he would be an awesome pick up for our rotation.
Nope. The upperdeck at Anaheim stadium isn't high at all. In all honesty its a real nice stadium to watch a game. The 6 buck seats right behind home plate are absolutely awesome, while the 6 dollar seats in left are good too. I don't like them near as much, but it is the area behind the bullpen in Anaheim.
You can also get tickets on the field for 13 bucks or in the Terrace Section(the area a little back) for 11 bucks if you have a AAA card.
I know when I went to Comiskey I was in shock for how much their charged for tickets. I really am spoiled in the fact that the Angels tickets are so cheap, although I'm sure they'll go up a tad bit next year.
