GT: Tigers (27-52) @ White Sox (39-42), July 2
It's just like he made up his mind. Kid walks his first PA. Plays 2 days later, hits a bomb. Plays the next day, goes 0 for... then doesn't see another game for like 3-4 days.

They are doing a very poor job of developing him. How Ricky expects any kid to hit playing 1 game per week is mind boggling. Thank god Eloy was somewhat manageable with the bat in April is what this is telling me.

Yolbert Sanchez to Sox??
Probably AZL then maybe Kanny is my guess. His bat is still way behind his glove.

Sounds like it's Lakers or Clippers for Kawhi. Lakers would be such a weak ass move. Then again... these guys don't care about making weak ass moves for rings (Durant, LeBron). I guess the only good news is Bulls only have to deal with Giannis and the Kyrie/Durant Nets now if Kawhi leaves Toronto for the foreseeable future.

Great deal. Shocking a Vezina finalist only agreed to a one year deal.

Let's talk about White Sox promotions and baseball promotions
While I agree about the service time concerns with Robert, the whole "well Eloy had way more minor league ABs" stuff is a bit much. Robert is a different case playing in a professional Cuban league before coming here. He isn't a normal Dominican player coming to the states as a teenager or a high school prospect drafted and raw. With that said, he absolutely at the very least should finish the year in Charlotte (I posted in the Minor league board his numbers compared to Eloys in AA). Then we can see him in 2020 (Sox can decide if they want to give him the Eloy route there or not next season).

Bulls have made some really good moves over the past six months... Otto Thad Young Sato White Gafford High IQ, good basketball players. Might be an actual fringe playoff team next season.

When will Luis Robert be promoted again?

He absolutely was until last season. I happily admitted I was wrong about him in that he wasn't totally useless on both sides of the court. Now he's just useless on one side. Ideally, LaVine is a perfect 6th man, but we just do not have the talent up front to force him to a bench role. When he stops playing hero ball, he is very good offensively. Still dumb as shit, but he is very solid as a guy who can get off his own shot, can handle the ball and can space the floor. I'm hoping Markkanen can finally establish himself as the best player on the Bulls (by play and confidence wise) and I'm hoping guys like LaVine can stop thinking he is.

Eh.. some of those CS were because of unsuccessful hit and runs. I agree with you he isn't the greatest base stealer, but there's plenty of ways to get SB (non predictable counts, straight steals/no hit and run, etc) and it seems Ricky doesn't do that with him. I mean the guy was stealing 40+ bases in the minors. You don't just all of a sudden lose one of your 5 tools at age 24.
