No, sorry.. you're not the only one. Hawk is the worst play-by-play guy in the majors. I cringe at his stupid "Put it on the Board". I wish John Rooney did TV.

It's hard to consider that he was so productive, because coming off of his 50 doubles/50 homers season. The Sox gave him a $10 mill a year deal. It made Sox fans expect miracles. Myself included. Plus, I believe his BA plummeted.

Gotta be 1993 with 1983 in a close second. For awhile, I had my hopes up that they could make it to the WS. The 2000 team didn't have me fooled at all.
