JFK was a planned event somehow. Otherwise, why would people still talk about it to this day? The CIA turned a blind eye to it. These guys got Kennedy into office in order to get clout and influence, but JFK wouldn't work with them. They hired Oswald to carry out the shooting because he was the perfect guy to do it.
