The drilling company that locates the mystery substance called 'Seabed's Nectar' is called Tagruato. Supposedly it made the founder grow overnight. "From small fish to enormous whale!" Tagruato is an anagram (JJ Abrams favorite) for: A Tortuga Stand back away from your computer and look at the cloud formation in the poster. See it? Seabed's Nectar contains a substance that requires it to remain icy cold to be useful. What would happen when something 98.6 degrees would swallow it? Why I bet something not pretty involving a smilar result to Alien number one.
