I went on to ESPN's chat board and this story is on almost everyday board. I wouldn't get too excited until its proven the Sox have made this trade. Even the Oakland board is saying this trade was done. Take it for what its worth I guess and we will see. I can't say I'd mind having Meadows.

What does that say about the Sox minors?? Not ONE prospect can come up and pitch in the majors. Thats pretty sad I believe.

That game was an utter embarrassment to the Sox. How the hell do you allow the Expos of all team to score that many runs? I know, Munoz gave them most of them but Jackson, Politte and Cotts didn't help the matter. If those pitchers would have held them at the 11, we would have had another win. Man the 5th spot and the bullpen are going to lose the Sox the chance of great things.

Arnie looks decent so far. A few bad pitches but atleast he didn't give up 5 or more runs in the 1st. Better than we have been getting out of the 5 hole.

I am pumped to see Munoz pitch. I am hoping for atleast 5 good innings from him. I think that would be a very big step in the right direction. Hopefully Munoz won't be too nervous like most of the others that have been brought up. Good luck Arnie!!!!
