This is from a guy on ESPN's Sox chat board. Thought it was interesting if true. The White Sox made a tremendous selection in selecting Josh Fields with the #1 pick. I coached him when he was in the 9th grade here in Oklahoma and the kid is a winner and a natural leader. He plays hard at all times, and is very confident but not overly cocky. I am wondering if the Sox will swing a trade or 2 today. Like on the draft days for the NHL trades fly around. Hopefully the Sox can make something happen. If no trade who is projected to go to the Sox??

Shingo has certainly been a pleasant surprise thus far. I was a little concerned about his ST. Glad that he is on the Sox though.
