actually, if you were speaking about the Clee from last year, i'd agree. but from what i've seen is he doesnt run out infield grounders, doesnt even try to get to first on a dropped third strike, and is overall not hustling as much. That's all i'm sayin

heres my opinion. I'd rather have a guy bust his butt every single day of the year and maybe not have the talent (aaron rowand) than a guy whos got the talent but doesnt play hard and doesnt give it his all (clee) I'd trade carlos over arow any day. I really like what rowand can do. I wanna keep him around.

get this, my little league team was the white sox (i lived in New Jersey at this time) and my team won our league's "world series". I've loved the sox ever since. Frank had a lot to do with it too.

yeah i agree he looks tired. And i'm a little worried about a player that's thiiiis streaky. Joe really looked good in 02 and last year he was decent... i was expecting a breakout year and i'm still hoping for it, but i'm a lot less optimistic now.

Danny showed some great stuff out of the pen last year. Lets just use him there and bring cotts up to start... wunsch seems pretty un-needed... although i really like the guy... If it came down to it though i'd dump wright over wunsch in an instant

nobody gets it. A lead off man does NOT need a high BA. He needs a high OBP. Now, i'm not saying willie particularly fits this categorty either, and i think Uribe is much better suited to lead off. But i'm just throwing this out there so yall know.

I have moneyball, it's an amazing book and billy beane is a true baseball genious. es billy screwed the sox over time and time again because he plays baseball quite diferently than kenny does. It's hilarious how he cheated KW out of a top prospect just by calling him and saying that the Oakland As didnt want him... Kenny bailed and Billy scooped him up. Funny stuff. Yeah Billy's philosophy with closers is that they're BS. Put a hard-throwing, otherwise mediocre pitcher in your "closer" spot, get him 40 saves and suddenly you can make huuuuuge money off him by dealing him. Yeah, he f***ed us.

looper actually has a 0.00 era in 8 IP this season... thats not too bad. 2 saves to go along with it.
