  1. The Yankees don't have anything. I really feel right now that the Yankees would already have acquired Garcia had they had anything of importance in their minor league system, I mean come on, there the Yankees.
  2. let the Yanks grab Garcia. I think you guys all know where I stand, but I would be satisfied with Armas or Jennings especially if it means not trading Reed, Borchard etc.
  3. He pitched well against my Red Sox last night, and hey he's an ROY for a reason. The kids got talent.
  4. Brandon Claussen but your right, the Yankees feed all teams crap and hype about their freakin prospects. The only "fair" trade I remember the Yankees making involving prospects was the Knoblauch deal to the Twins where they recieved Guzman, Milton and others.
  5. I know its in green, but hell I'd trade either one of them for Sheets. Ben is going to be a top pitcher in this league in a year.
  6. The Brewers aren't trading Ben Sheets, period. We may have to look at other options such as Armas, Livan, Benson, Jennings, etc.
  7. Apparently they have been showcasing some 21 year old Dominican kid whos been playing solid.. I would bet Navarro is also involved in the deal.
  8. Newsday in New York apparently is reporting that the Yankees are very close to acquiring Freddy Garcia, and ESPN 1000 suggests the White Sox and Kenny Williams will have to do whatever it takes to get Freddy on the southside soon.
  9. No production at the top of the order, means no production, period.
  10. I might try that.. It is 6 bucks for a 12 inch anyways, why not try both.. thanks.
  11. I wanted to try the Ozzie, but theres nothing like that classic turkey on wheat.
  12. dominant is Roy Halladay, Pedro Martinez, Curt Schilling, Mark Prior.. pretty dominant is a couple tiers down..
  13. maybe I should have said, dominant at times.
  14. he was "pretty dominant" is what I said.
  15. Still worth the 5 million I'd say, atleast for this year.
  16. 17 1/3 as a reliever, and he was 12-8 with a 3.92 era as a starter.
  17. check out his game log.. He only once gave up more than 6 runs as a starter, an gave up 6 twice.. to put that in perspective the AL Cy Young and Escobars former teammate, Roy Halladay put up 2 starts where he gave up more than 6...
  18. I hated Jordan's Bulls, but I can relate to what your saying considering Boston during their dynasty wasn't heaven.
