I just pray for rain for Sunday afternoon here in Chicago.

One of my friends was in Iraq a little over a year ago and he was telling me bout when he was patrolling around one of the cities. He said when they were going throughout the buildings there was an Iraqi soldier who was shot in the leg. He was sitting in a room waving a white flag. So they did as they were trained, they wrapped the leg up to try to stop the bleeding, and then tried to bring him back for questioning. Well, right before they were getting ready to leave, he pulled out a pistol and pointed it right at one of the troops head. Luckily the gun jammed and nothing happened, but it just proves the fact that you can not trust these guys. They have no morals, they just want to try to injure us and kill us.

I played it tonight at a party, and i duno. I like halo 1 better so far. The things that dissapointed me are: Its impossible to fly a banshee, You spawn with nothing but a plasma sword and 2 grenades (if you spawn in the middle of the map and your playing slayer....youre screwed). The new radar and health bar arent as good as the first but o well. The graphics were good, and I hope im just thinking that it wasnt that good since the fact it soooooo hyped. Ill still play it but, so far, i like GTA SA better.

Hmm Lemont got killed by Richards 47-0. That RB was amazing (Deion Foster, committed to Wisconsin). But I dont agree with the coach leaving in his starters all game. I can sort of understand leaving them in for all of the 3rd quarter since its the playoffs, but when you play them in the 4th quarter up by 35, thats not right, ur gona get a kid hurt. This team is nothing without their runningback, out of the 3 times they threw the ball, 2 of them were INTs, and one was only for 3 yards. O well, the saddest thing was, Lemont had more fans than Richards and it was an away game for us.

NIU will be trying to beat Toledo for the first time since Joe Novak became coach on Tuesday, November 9th. A lot of people dont understand how important this game is to NIU fans. Being a sox fan in a cub city, I know what its like for a team not to get a lot of attention, but this is the game of the year for us. Thats why I got a bad feeling that if Kerry wins, me and a lot of my friends will be forced to serve in Iraq when we turn 18 next year.

Maybe it would be different for me if Kerry actually had some solid points of what he will do if he becomes President. But since I'm not 18 my opinion doesnt matter at all.

I will be forever ashamed of this country if Kerry wins, he ran this whole campaign on hate of President Bush. I for one, along with TBT over at nlf-fans will never refer to Kerry as President Kerry if in-fact he does win. Go President Bush!
