    No I would just have him 2 innings to start. Bullpen it, put Cease in there too, just preferably not vs the heart of the Houston order. Hendriks+Kopech+Cease+Lopez (I guess) with Kimbrel to close would be plenty to cover 9. This would of course make a lot more sense if these guys were on their game.

    They said Vaughn was unavailable. Sheets has a .200 OPS v lefties. Goodwin is just as terrible, but you have to pinch hit with 1 out if youre going to do it vs 2. The problem is Mendick shouldn't even be on this roster but is what it is.

    Vaughn was out with injury fwiw. So it was Sheets with 1 out vs Goodwin with 2. I think thats actually the right move then to take out sheets but yeah terrible execution

    The answer I believe is still Frank Thomas because the tools he did have were so extreme that they make up for the ones he didn't have. But Robert is up there.
