Yep and I’m fine not worrying about what they give up from the farm. There’s so little in terms of impact players in the minors that you take any value you can get.

Until they get serious about upgrading the lineup against RHP, this crap is going to continue happening. Can’t keep hoping the starting pitching will throw shutouts every game.

Quality offensive effort once again

Hoping for reverse jinx, but the lack of power on the roster is a real issue. Making it way too easy for RHP to face the team.

Something to keep an eye on is that Burger is murdering LHP with an OPS of 1.309. Only at 0.626 OPS vs RHP. Even if it’s not with the Sox, I would love to see him get at least a chance to be a platoon bat in the majors.

He’s fine as long as he’s placing a LHP. He’s shockingly bad vs RHP

They also misjudged that Vaughn was MLB ready
