  1. How many times this offseason did some of us express concern over the likelihood of having too many slappy, crappy hitters in the lineup due to likely injury issues?
  2. It’s frustrating that lost in all the bad decisions yesterday, pitching to Winker might be the worst. I must be the only one who didn’t mind Garcia trying to steal. That was the best chance of scoring multiple runs that inning if you’re going to let Hamilton bat.
  3. What sucks is would anyone be surprised if these nagging injuries last the rest of the year with Eaton? He’s the type that seems once something goes wrong, he falls off a cliff and doesn’t recover.
  4. Paul Dejong a good comp?
  5. Appreciate it, but then I wouldn’t want people hoping I don’t wake up
  6. Good news is if we got so lucky as fans that they did fire him, I’m sure the players wouldn’t revolt.
  7. Also opens up a squeeze chance. Can you imagine the outrage if Hendriks got hurt running and then this news comes out?
  8. He has no confidence in his slider. We saw how that goes with him in Game 2 last year
  9. No, it was for this game, not about the signing. All the relievers on the market sucked besides Melancon it seems.
  10. I can’t think of a worse manager for this particular team. He’s so lucky Abreu is an amazing person and would probably support any manager.
  11. We all know nothing will happen. We will hear he just needs to get into a rhythm again. This really sucks for us Sox fans to see such incompetence.
  12. Tommy Lasorda even thinks this guy is a moron
  13. Of course they’re intimidated. They know Hahn got stepped on by Jerry, so they have know power with regards to Tony.
  14. Seemingly once a week Tony manages in a way that makes me think I’ve seen it all. Can’t wait for what’s next. My guess is not knowing pitchers can face one or two batters to end an inning and not have to come out for next inning.
  15. Bullshit, Cubs did it last week
  16. Contact doesn’t mean a run scores because the infield is in and we know he can’t hit the ball hard at all.
  17. Tony’s hand-picked guy you mean
  18. I’ve seen it quite a few times already this year
  19. His press conferences look like a hostage situation video where the hostage hasn’t slept in a week
  20. The same idiots that don’t know the rules either?
  21. Poster “Chicago white Sox”....don’t post anything you might regret
  22. If you didn’t know better, one might think he is trying to lose some of these games.
  23. But his love affair with these veteran slappy hitters played a huge role in not scoring.
  24. Pitching to Winker is probably the dumbest decision of all
  25. I think we all know he only apologizes to cover his ass. He’s a bad person and a bad manager.
