Missing Eloy, Robert, Engel and Timmy (a few games) badly.

Hell yeah! Ballsy inning by Cease. Slider was sensational tonight.

Oh fuck that

His slider was good all night to lefties. Not sure why he called those 0-2 curves

Yep get him out now

Tony doesn’t believe it’s an important hitting spot in the order

Should just be Vaughn vs LHP

This offense is just hard to watch

Grandal bunting here?

Read where Arizona might start looking for trades in the coming week

It’s called having an offense where only 3 or 4 guys are power threats. A lot easier to get away with mistakes vs slap hitters.

They love Eaton, he’s not going anywhere. Engel will be used in RF platoon with him (but play CF). We’re still going to see way too much of Garcia and Hamilton.

That was, um, ugly

Two good fastballs to get Mullins. Big batter here

Sox are horrible at holding runners of late

Missing the plate by a lot this inning

Feels like they’re putting way, way, way too much faith into the returns of Engel and then Eloy and Robert.

Swinging at junk and taking fastballs for strikes is quite the approach tonight

Another ball 4 chased

Engel is the bat....yay

I get what you were saying about how the results are great for him. Just thought his stuff looked better last start for the Yankees and he’s benefitted tonight facing lesser hitters. Hope he gives us 6–1 tonight and you can mock me.

Agreed on no room for a mistake. Maybe Yermin can carry this team again.

Yeah he got away with really bad command in the 3rd and let the first two guys on in the 1st.

And tied because Cease hung an 0-2 pitch. Cease has not pitched very well outside the 2nd inning

Was thinking of posting that’s the second change up homer he’s called this week
