Iglesias, Hudson and Cishek would be a solid, unspectacular end to the offseason. My dream trade is McCann and a higher prospect like Adolfo to Houston for James.

And yet, they signed EE to be DH and Collins has no role. Maybe it’s as simple as the Sox don’t think his approach/swing will work at this level.

Disagree, he’s been dead on with his predictions this offseason. He mentioned he talks to Jerry on occasion about the team. He all but stated prior to the signing broke yesterday why the team went with EE over Castellanos.

He actually said last night it will be smaller moves compared to what’s been made. Also he has said there’s no chance in hell of Arenado. He has implied Sox inquired about Betts, but no deal would happen without an extension and Betts won’t do that.
