I thought Hector Rondon and Oh were great options who ended up signing for cheap. Better chance of someone like Rondon performing well as closer and having trade value than Soria.

This pitching is epically awful. There were guys available, especially in relief, that could have been had for cheap but of course Hahn chose wrongly

Palka passes the eye test in that he swings hard and when he makes good contact, he does damage. On the other hand, Delmomico's good contact is just deep fly outs. When Avi returns, I hope Palka gets Delmonico's at bats.

Let him pitch a few more weeks in the rotation and then see if he can have any success in the pen. If not, you trade him in a bust for bust transaction this offseason

Yep, so far so good. Cease, Rutherford and Adolfo are doing exactly what you hoped they would. Really the only thing missing from the healthy players has been power from Sheets. Assuming Basabe is healthy, hopefully he can get it going again as his average has tailed off (power/on base still decent during that period).
