Good stuff that inning, his fastball was crisp when in the zone.

In the minors, absolutely (hot gun?). You have to wonder if his elbow was beginning to give a few starts earlier.

It’s like the first few rebuilding years, where I will hope certain players do well but the losses stacking up won’t bug me. If Cease pitches great and they lose, oh well.

How many “I’m done with the Sox” comments do we need from them? Holmes is the worst of the bunch now. Can he go to Detroit with Benetti?

People will be focused on Kopech’s fastball, but I’m more interested to see if he has a competent slider. It was god awful last year.
