Shumpert is a great, very personable kid. He was unfortunate enough to play for a terrible coach, but I was blown away by his improvement from last year to this year. Just ask UNC fans what they think of Iman Jordan. Like I said earlier, there's no doubt in my mind he can be an elite defender in the NBA. He destroyed James Anderson in the Tournament a few years ago.

Humber is more important to this franchise in the present and in the future than Jackson or Buehrle. I'm fine with leaving the 6 man rotation together, but we need to help out the bullpen by finding someone to replace Pena. Crain and Santos are going to get burned out if not.

I'd rather Dunn bat 2nd...at least you know he'd see a lot of pitches if someone was on first base.
