I like how some are acting the Astros will lose some of these free agents and just pocket the money. I’m sure if Correa leaves, they will spend big on other free agents. I saw something that said WSox have more money on the books than they do next year.

Because if rumors are true they won’t ever try him as a starter, he becomes a pretty limited player.

Two players that they really should figure out their trade value are Crochet and Engel. Both guys are very expendable IMO and some teams might believe they can be full time starters.

They kind of did, but thankfully they have control of the core still

The way they struggled offensively against Houston is same way they struggled the whole 2nd half. They need more power and launch angle. Also there’s no guarantee they’re better next year, as they were at their best when Rodon was a CY candidate. Their offense had injury issues but pitching was incredibly healthy.
