My end of season stats: I did make it to exactly 30 and 100 including the playoffs. Looking forward to AAA next season, already signed a $1.4M deal to be the starting AAA 1B. (INSANELY unrealistic, minor leaguers get made the minor league minimum no matter how good they are)

Obviously if defense is taken into account it's no contest, doesn't matter what year you pick Jones is going to be the more valuable player. Like I said earlier today (yesterday?) Jones is the best I've ever seen.

Heh, the announcer got all excited on a Juan Pierre flyball to left like it was going to get over the fielder's head. I'd venture to guess that Juan won't put a single ball over the left fielders head all year. It's a struggle for him to hit the ball 280 feet the opposite way.

I like how Bill Melton says De Aza can do a lot of things then proceeds to put the word "probably" in front of 2 of the 3 skills he names.

And if he puts up career best numbers in 2010 he'll be one of our best hitters considering he'd have to top the .290/.357/.517/.874 line he posted in 2006.
