TBH, Sandlin IMO has basically the same weaknesses as Noah without near as much minor league success. I wouldn't consider Sandlin a particularly high upside guy although it is very well possible that he is more successful than Noah (and is successful in general)

Tommy John surgery. Been climbing his way back since then. Looking at how he's pitched in AAA for the past calendar year or so, seems like he's probably more or less the same guy he used to be. Lots of strikes, not a ton of strikeouts, quite a few gopher balls, but not too many runs.
