  1. If he sucks it up by the end of the season, will you eat crow?
  2. Nice response. Don't even try to answer my question. Yeah, I'm really eating crow after only 14 games. Get back to me with Crede's stats at the end of the season. Once again, when did Crede ever have a really good season?
  3. Yeah, but when did Crede ever really have a good year? He played only a third of a season in 2002 and he wasn't exactly great in 2003 either.
  4. Look at his 2004 numbers and tell me why anyone should have thought differently.
  5. Well, he will have to keep it up for more than 14 games into the season.
  6. "Sweep sends subtle message Pitchers escape jams; offense breaks through first"
  7. Well, so far 1 was his fault and 1 wasn't.
  8. I'd rather watch El Duque give up singles than see Contreras get a guy 0-2 and then pitch around him until he walks the guy. :headshake
  9. El Duque gave up only 1 walk tonight and he has given up 5 total in 3 starts. 5 walks in 2 games against the Twins and 1 game against the Indians is not bad at all.
  10. 2-1 record... 2.50 ERA... $3.5 million dollars... Priceless.
  11. "THERE'S A DEEP DRIVE... UH-OHHH... BYE-BYE!!!" :puke

  13. In the past, the Twinkies got ALL the breaks.
  14. Well then for once we are getting the breaks instead of the Twinkies getting them all. That's the way it has always been in the past.
  15. "Baseball is a game of inches." Do you call it luck when a player gets a hit off of a shortstop's glove? That ball was lined pretty hard by Crede.
  16. Crede drove the ball over Torii Hunter's head. How is that luck?
  17. 6 double plays in 2 games. That's friggin' DEFENSE!!!
  18. MWAHAHAHA!!! Tom Waddle just did the Sox game recap on FOX 32 and said "BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!" after Paulie deep homer to CF.
