QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Jan 26, 2011 -> 08:57 PM) Head to Chandler, AZ, and go to the Heart Attack Grill. More for the novelty and to say you've been there, then to enjoy a gourmet meal..... The girls there are pretty sexy, and in skimpy uniforms, and that guy who runs the place was actually back there cooking when we were there. Ha. Definitely a "once in a lifetime" type place. The food really does taste good, but for all the wrong reasons, and the prices are not cheap. Single burger is like $5, and quadruple is like $11 or something. My hobby is eating out and trying restaurants that are popular with locals/on the Food Network etc., having say that, I will never step foot in this place. LOL

My final thoughts on this whole fiasco and for everyone that thinks Cutler is being a P**sy, it is pretty clear that many have stated that Tom Brady left the 2001 AFC championship game with the SAME INJURY. At the time, he was not doubted (well maybe because at the time he was a nobody still....kinda). If Jay Cutler was truthfully quitting on his team, we would have heard a teammate call him out for quitting. We have not heard that thus far. So until I see a tweet or a comment in the media about him quitting, whoever says that Cutler quit should do themselves a favor and shove it. -
QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Jan 20, 2011 -> 07:10 AM) In the same center as Bb Kings (Point Orlando) is a rum bar and Cuban restaurant called Cuba Libre that might be worth a look. There's also the restaurants on Disney property at the Downtown Disney complex - including the Irish pub Raglan Road and the dinosaur-themed T-Rex Cafe which is like a Rainforrest Cafe. there is also a lot of development around the Church Street area in the wake of the building of the new Orlando Magic stadium. it's been a few years but there was one good tiki-themed bar and food place in the Wall Street end of that area that was very good. It says something about the general quality of restaurants in Orlando that I can't immediately come up with more than that. Orlando sucks food-wise compared to other comparable cities. Appreciate it FSJ, I also saw that Feb 5th is Bob Marley's birthday, so hopefully it will be a great night to go to Bob Marley Freedom that night!

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Jan 24, 2011 -> 01:47 PM) Terrelle Pryor played 4 games including a BCS game with a ligament tear in his knee, and ran for 220 yards with it as well. /OSU plug Then he drove off from the stadium in his free SUV on 20 inch rims. way too small -
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jan 21, 2011 -> 09:39 AM) Adding that 2nd part is just purposely trying to talk s*** about the Chicago Bears and nothing else. Just for the hell of it I searched for worst super bowl teams and found a top 10 list, the 06 Bears were on there as honorable mention and listed as overrated because the rest of the NFC North went 17-31. Still, that is laughable - I guess CC forgot that the Bears have beaten some of the top teams in the league already this year, whatever. Keep the negativity coming

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jan 20, 2011 -> 09:40 AM) He wants an extension. The reason he's pushing a trade is so he can sign with the team he wants to now, as opposed to waiting for the collective bargaining agreement. I don't blame him if he doesn't want to go to the Nets. Carmelo has said and done all the right things as far as I'm concerned thus far and I'd love to have him on the Bulls. So Carmelo saying that he will not have a meeting with the Nets (although they were granted one), the Nets backing out, then Carmelo saying well he never told the Nets he WOULDN'T sign is saying and doing the right things? He should just not say anything at all, he is clearly toying with everyone which is why this has gone on this long anyways, the only way I want him in Chicago is if Deng is the centerpiece. You do not trade Noah (probably everyone on the Bulls favorite teammate) who is pretty much our only chance at stopping players like Howard, Bosh, Garnett, Perkins, etc. Telling your team you will only sign a contract for the Knicks, and now the Bulls, then it was back to the Knicks, now reports are that they are trying to get the Bulls in is not a good way for a superstar to act.

I've been there a couple times but haven't ventured too far off of University Drive and the City Walk (was there for work both times), anyone have any recommendations on other nightlife (besides Howl at the Moon/BB Kings) and any good restaurants near the convention center or in downtown? Also, does anyone know an easy/cheap way to get to the UCF campus without paying $ 60 for a cab ride....like say a shuttle from a bar or something like a train system that I am just not seeing anywhere?

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jan 18, 2011 -> 09:50 AM) I'm usually not one to underestimate our teams. If I do anything it is overestimate usually. The Bulls backcourt just scares the s*** out of me. Outside of Rose, that is an NCAA caliber guard group. Bogans = YMCA

Did anyone just see that foul on Paul Pierce? He clearly was not shooting at the time of the foul, WOW

Don't know why I am thinking about this today, but did anything else ever come of Derrick Rose's "gang affiliated" photos where he was throwing up the GD sign? There was one article (I forget who) that had said the man in the pictures with him was a known GD that has had a lot of problems/charges. Anyways, good game Bulls

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jan 17, 2011 -> 10:35 AM) I fail to see how anyone can embrace this team as likable. Agreed, the Patriots are not likeable IMO either. Jets take it too far many times (ex: this story) but ever since Spygate came out and everyone being on the Pats nutsac, I kinda rooted for them to win

Some speculating that 'Melo won't be traded for another month or so that none of the teams are in a big hurry. Just traded Kobe and Dorrell Wright for 'Melo and BJennings so hopefully this trade talk/issue goes away pretty quick

QUOTE (The Gooch @ Dec 31, 2010 -> 10:05 PM) Yeah they carried other Three Floyd's beers, but the Gumballhead was not there. They carried a bunch of the other Bell's beers as well, but were out of the two hearted ale. Bad luck I guess. Had a Bell's Two Hearted last night at the new bar/restaurant Three Aces on Taylor, good stuff. Three Aces was very good as well, some interesting items on their menu with an up and coming chef

QUOTE (dasox24 @ Jan 1, 2011 -> 03:12 AM) I ordered an Allagash White at dinner tonight, but they were out of it. I was pretty disappointed since I thought it would be cool to try my 1st new beer from this list. Nothing better than an Allagash White on draft, not sure where you are located, but it is pretty prevalent in Chicago

QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Jan 10, 2011 -> 12:34 PM) definitely would be an epic game if we played the pack at home with the winner going on to the super bowl. for some reason I think the packers are finally gonna run out of gas against the Falcons. I thought the same thing until James Starks ran for 123 yards, now they have a running game if he can keep it up

QUOTE (ptatc @ Jan 7, 2011 -> 10:50 AM) this is what drives me crazy. He didn't drive the run in if he walks. As I've said before don't get me wrong I like him, I just know I'll be throwing things at the TV when he strikesout or walks with an important run in scoring position Agreed, but then you think of 2010 and what Mark Kotsay would have done in that position

QUOTE (DOWNTOWN PANTHER @ Jan 7, 2011 -> 10:35 AM) Actually Dunn never played 1st for the Reds. You are right but nearly each year he played some first (not never), the overall point is, younger players maturing have more to do with the Reds being better than Adam Dunn being out of the lineup when he was surrounded by talent such as Javier Valentin/Austin Kearns for most of each year he played there
