QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 10:07 PM) GREAT QUARTER! Thats more like it. I knew you had it in you.
-
lets just say some people are more active in posting when negative things happen during the game. Ill leave it at that.
-
QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 10:01 PM) What do you want me to say, the Bulls are winning by negative 10? Holy hell. Im in no mood to dig up old posts, but in all game threads you always talk negative. The bulls have their most wins in what 6 years and its still March.
-
QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 09:55 PM) Bulls down 10 already. No offense, but you always focus on the negative. always. why?
-
QUOTE(Kalapse @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 05:49 PM) Some people just take everything that's said seriously. :headshake Dear unibrow: I think you took what I said too seriously also.

QUOTE(flippedoutpunk @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 05:33 PM) Jose Valentin hit a 2 run shot to beat the red sox, wheres his article? Will Jose have more Hrs or errors this year?
-
QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 05:14 PM) My ideal Bears draft would have them trade w/ Minny and draft Johson 7th and Williamson 18th. I doubt that division rivals would make a draft day trade

Out of 55 games Curry has 13 games with 8 or more rebounds.

QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 05:10 PM) I don't fear Eddy getting 8 boards, that's happend what twice this year? yea I know. You have good odds of being safe,

QUOTE(Athomeboy_2000 @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 02:44 PM) By league rules, I dont think you are allowed to say... "I want to play for the bears" publicly when you are under contract with another team. You can say it to management, but not publicly. Agen wont say who's interested in edge but named teams they are interested in. Dolphins, 49ers, their was a couple more . "Potentially interested" in the bears, and browns
-
They called his agent left a message. Edge just didnt want to answer s*** .
-
Does not care where he plays. Just wants something long term. wants 7.5 mil the next 5-6 years. Keeps repeating himself that he does not care where he plays. He just wants his money. Labled colts "disfunctional family" because everybody wants the ball. Dan patrick mentioned the dolphins, cardinals , and bears. Edge does not want to say who has been inquiring to trade for him. He said to ask his agent. They are trying to get a hold of his agent.

QUOTE(hammerhead johnson @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 12:18 AM) Just based on what I've seen, throwing the numbers completely out the window and guessing how my Top 10 QBs will be ranked once the 2005 season comes to a close: 1. Peyton Manning 2. Donovan McNabb 3. Michael Vick 4. Tom Brady 5. Daunte Culpepper 6-10 in no particular order Drew Brees Chad Pennington Ben Roethlisberger David Carr Carson Palmer Palmer tore s*** up in his last 6 games with a 100+ rating. Carr kinda faded down the stretch, but he's just too damn good not to put up an 85 to 90 rating in what will be his 4th season. Pennington has a career rating of 94, so he could be the most underrated QB in the league because you rarely ever hear him mentioned when people (other than NY Jets fans) talk about elite QBs. dont know about the last 2 yet...

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Mar 10, 2005 -> 10:53 PM) One of the cleanest teams is the key. Noone on the Sox has been accused or even suggested to have taken steroids, and the Sox threatening to not take the drug tests last spring training got a lot of national coverage and got people talking about how the Sox are a team with quite possibly no steroid users. I just don't want anyone wearing a Sox jersey (even if it is a Spring Training jersey) who was envolved in Balco. http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=1936592 Jose canseco was on the sox.

QUOTE(Spod=Ratings @ Mar 10, 2005 -> 06:54 PM) your an idiot thats all i have to say. when your done with puberty I would be more than happy to buy you a beer and discuss this issue over a few rounds.

QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Mar 10, 2005 -> 06:54 PM) I'm not going to bother responding to what Rangercal said. Favre's stats speak for themself last season. If just saying the guy sucks with nothing to back it up there is no point in trying to have a discussion with the guy. I see a big difference between 90's favre and favre now. The pack should think about rebuilding. They are not going to win anything with him. He is a middle of the pack qb in the league right now. Hes getting older and I really dont think he's worth 10 million dollars. Give craig nall a shot. They will rebuild when its too late and be the packers of the 80's again. Detroit will have a better record than GB this year and Favre will retire a loser. This is ahman greens team now.
-
favre sucks now anyway, so Im glad he's back too.

Ive worked at a bar at Ohare where I talked to many baseball fans every day. Im not biased or anything but the most Knowledgable fans seemed to be: white sox, red sox, met, cardinal, phillie, and believe it or not, mariner fans. the ones who did not seem to know too much in general were : marlin, cub, diamond back, dodger, and rockie fans. thats my expierience from 2 years of bartending at O'Hare.
