  1. AJ has reverted back to his horrendous strike zone judgement and free swinging approach
  2. LOL at orioles broadcast showing kenny chesney like they normally show players GFs after they perform well
  3. QUOTE (JFields27 @ Apr 17, 2008 -> 07:59 PM) well i hate to say it but .. its what i expected out of Floyd. If someone was to ask before the season what two young pitching duos would do better Kennedy/Hughes or Floyd/Danks, 80% would have probably went with the yanks. It is just nice to see Floyd showing why he was so highly ranked. I also like players that people always put the "down" on so I was hoping Floyd would really show what he was made of. more than 80% i think...not to mention all the buccholz and lester love as well...but thats just how it works with the boston and NY love on espn...that said...i think id still take those other two duos long term over ours
  4. very good job by randy marsh behind the plate so far...normally i bash the umpires in here, so im gonna give some credit...hes been solid back there
  5. i know we are the main reason for verlanders high ERA and we always rock him....cle and det's aces are both really struggling...uribe stinks btw

  10. quentin only 3 for his last 25 but hes made alot of hard outs btw the yankees may be worse at throwing out runners right now than the white sox
  11. quentin and guthrie were college teammates at stanford
  12. maybe more so than the breaking ball, that first pitch to that last hitter has me most excited about gavin...good two seamer with late life on the outside corner
  13. filthy curve.... lol gary thorne...."miguel tejada hit a HR in a losing effort as he celebrated 2 birthdays today"
  14. gavin looks great so far...pounding the strike zone...95 mph on the 4 seamer...92 with good movement on a 2 seamer and has thrown a good curve a couple times so far
  15. im not even sure how cabrera didnt hit his hands on that ball
