  1. Was he? I missed that. So they insist on not having enough natural outfielders on the roster?
  2. Let's not be too hasty. Only one of his hits last night was hit hard. The single was a bloop hit off the end of the bat. He also struck out twice. He had a good night but so did Seby, Leury and just about the rest of the Sox lineup that combined for 17 hits. It would be great if Yoan can get back to what he was supposed to be but don't get too excited just yet.
  3. What happens to players when they join the White Sox?
  4. I thought he was supposed to be a good defensive outfielder.
  5. Man, my video feed is way behind you guys.
  6. Another hit for Josh! Everybody is hitting tonight.
  7. And he can actually field his position.
  8. Luis shows he still has power when he barrels it up.
  9. I wish he would close up that batting stance a little and see what happens.
  10. This Ohtani kid looks pretty good too.
  11. While Burger is certainly not a good defensive 3B at this point, I would say his defense at 3B is better than the outfield defense of Sheets or Vaughn. The problem with moving Burger to DH is you're then basically forcing one or both of Vaughn and Sheets into the outfield.
  12. I'm old enough to remember Rick Hahn thinking Avi Garcia was untouchable.
  13. Agreed, but that's water under the bridge. What did you expect from this organization? I'm just glad they didn't send an outfielder like Haseley down to make room for yet another infielder and then have Sosa sitting on the bench behind Leury and Josh at 2B while continuing to plug infielders into the outfield.
  14. Makes sense. Option an infielder to make room for one. Would have preferred they dfa Leury, but we all know that will never happen.
