  1. I thought Prometheus was great. I didn't really look at it like an Alien prequel, but a movie in that same universe. I actually loved that a lot of questions didn't get answered. I spent a lot of time with friends arguing about what it all means.
  2. Golden Tate almost stepped out of bounds while taunting the Rams yesterday. That would have made my day.
  3. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 29, 2013 -> 08:12 AM) It is also two duds in a row for Ridley Scott. Are you calling Prometheus a dud?
  4. Didn't Marshall punch a women in the face at a bar like a year ago?
  5. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Oct 28, 2013 -> 12:01 PM) How about instead of going low, you just tackle people properly? Get this f***ing goon out of the league This. Why does it have to one or the other. Why do you have to launch at a players head or their knees. Put your arms out and try and wrap up the ball carrier.
  6. 50 of the 53 players on the Packers roster have only played for the Packers. John Kuhn played 9 games with the Steelers in 2006 Ryan Pickett played 5 years with the Rams. Seneca Wallace is the third player, having played for a couple teams.
  7. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Oct 28, 2013 -> 09:03 AM) With their current QBs, that team might be bad enough to lose 14 games, even with AP. I think the Bucs will pull a few out once Schiano is inevitably fired (he's lost like, what, 12 games in a row now? 14 games? Something like that. He has to go soon). Schiano is a solid 1-12 in his last 13 games.
  8. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 27, 2013 -> 09:20 PM) The Vikings qb situation is like 90s bears bad I love it. I love that they had probably the best running back of the past 20 years and wasted him.
  9. Wonder Woman movie done well would be awesome.
  10. I don't blame the Rams for calling Favre. You probably aren't going to win many games the rest of the year anyways, might as well sell some tickets.
  11. QUOTE (Iwritecode @ Oct 23, 2013 -> 09:59 AM) Isn't that the one that had nothing to do with the rest of the Halloween movies? I have it on DVD and have seen parts of it but I always fall asleep watching it. That's the one. They were gonna make Halloween movies every year that had a different theme, but the first one bombed so they put Michael Myers back in.
  12. QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Oct 23, 2013 -> 09:48 AM) Russell Wilson and Drew Brees. Beyond that, Manziel's listed at 6'1", 210. I also don't think he has a weak arm whatsoever. Attitude is a legitimate concern, but I think that's a college kid being a college kid but I think a lot of it has been blown out of proportion. It would be necessary to investigate in depth. Russell Wilson and Drew Brees don't have weak arms. Even if those two are comparable, they are just two players. Brees is a once in a lifetime hall of fame talent, who you can't compare anyone to. Wilson has been good, but not great. Probably has been a better runner than QB. Also if Manziel is listed by Texas A & M at 6'1 200, you can guarantee he isn't 6'1 200.
  13. It's also because of his ability. He is probably not even 6 foot tall. Has a weak arm and a small frame. When has that ever worked in the NFL?
  14. Watched Halloween 3 last night. One of most underrated horror movies of all time.
  15. Johnny Manziel looks like a little kid. I can't see him lasting in the NFL.
  16. I bet Greg Jennings wishes he was still catching passes from Aaron Rodgers.
  17. This is the Bears/Packers all star injured team QB - Jay Cutler WR - James Jones and Randall Cobb TE - Jermichael Finley RB - James Starks DL - Henry Melton, Nate Collins, Clay Matthews, Nick Perry LB - Lance Briggs, Brad Jones and DJ Williams CB - Casey Hayward and Kelvin Hayden
  18. @JayGlazer Jay Cutler has a muscle tear in his groin. Out at least four weeks
  19. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Oct 21, 2013 -> 12:17 PM) Cutler is done as a Bear. He never made a ton of sense for Trestman's system anyways. They will get a guy who is smart, has great accuracy and gets rid of the ball quickly. Basically the anti-Cutler. Cutler does all those things you listed.
  20. @AdamSchefter Source texts that Bears LB Lance Briggs will be out 4-6 weeks with shoulder injury. No surgery necessary. Will be back this season.
