I'm not saying all those signings were awful. I was just responding to a tweet that acts like the Bears are now a team that doesn't give big money to good but not great players. Even though it's what they have done every year until now.

Oh, I still think going crazy in free agency is a bad idea. I have always said that I thought the Packers under Thompson were way to anti-free agency. I think it's a tool you use to build and just completely ignoring it is dumb. On the other hand going crazy in it has lead to a lot of bad teams. Packers might be going a little crazy this year, but at least they are signing younger players.

Brown caught more TD this year than Hilton has in the past three years. You keep saying Brown has declined. Where is the proof of that? I mean, I'm assuming he will at some point, but it hasn't happened yet. Jones, Brown, Hopkins, Adams, Hill are probably top 5. OBJ, Evans, Thomas make a good case to be in there. Honestly even if Brown was 10th best in the league, it's still really good. There are a ton of good WR in the NFL right now.

I think so. He might be more of a slot CB, but in the 3rd round that would be a solid pick. He might not make it that far.

I think any time a back up QB comes in, production from almost all offensive players goes down.

I worry about him in the locker room, but He caught 104 passes last year and 15 touchdowns. I'd love to know what 10 WR are better than him.
