Carlos Silva pitched a 74 pitch complete game
He had an inning where he pitched 3 pitches out single double play 'Silva (3-2) gave up only Damian Miller's home run in the fifth. He struck out three without a walk -- throwing just 74 pitches, 54 for strikes. Milwaukee's Jorge De La Rosa, who relieved Glover, threw 58 pitches in just 2 1-3 innings.' http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/recap?gameId=250520109 amazing

QUOTE(Beastly @ May 18, 2005 -> 09:54 PM) Green Day: American Idiot Album, Track 2-15...forget the first track, its absolutely pointless. From MVP 2005: The Donots - "We Got The Noise" And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead - "Let It Dive" Dropkick Murphys - "Tessie" Agree with you an Green Day. Although I like the song, it really has no point on the album MVP Baseball has some killer tracks this year. Better than Madden IMO. No rap, all rock. hahah. I really love 'Pressure Point' by The Zutons. It was used in a jeans commerical last year (the one with the chick losing her pants and chasing them up a tree) But the album 'Who Killed The Zutons' is really good. My roommate bought it a while back, and I had to go pick up a copy for myself *edit* best song on the album 'Havana Gang Brawl'

A's fan beans Giambi with beer
i think the most shocking news about this is that there were As fans still around in the 8th inning let alone any inning the place always looks so empty

Scott Podsednik
He probably has gotten a lot of praise from you White Sox fans, but as an 'outsider' I must say this You guys are lucky to have him. He causes so much havoc on the bases. I am waiting for the game when he steals 6 bases. And he also seems like a nice lovable hard working player. Gotta like that. So kudos on making a good trade. And best of luck on the rest of the season

Tony pena resigns...
I really do think the Royals will be a good team in a few years. They remind me on the mid 90's Twins. Just keep throwing those young player up in the majors and let them grow at the majorleague leve. Of course the Twins had Tom Kelly as skipper. A much better manager than Pena
