They have a legal right to do so, but it tells you their motivation; they covered it up so that their press conference would look better. Interestingly, just before LaRussa took over the Diamondbacks, they had a few DUI issues. Mark Grace was fired from being their TV color man for 2 DUIs. Just was thinking, I was actually in Phoenix a year ago, going between the airport, hotel, and conference center, several times not sober. From personal experience, there's a ton of public transportation in that area. It's not that hard to find, even late. I also found a Lou Malnati's on the train route.
