Did anyone notice that word? It's saying that he's still having pain in his should when he pitches, it's just not severe. Hell, it might as well say he pitched without excruciating pain. It's not saying too much.

That was another very nice victory with minimal negatives. Almost everything was perfect. It's nice to have back-to-back great wins.

I'm glad he took him out. Of course, I say this because it ended up working out. And now it might give him confidence that he pitched well today. One thing I didn't like was Hawk talking about the bullpen letting Garland down a whole lot. All I could think was, "it can't be very easy for a reliever to come into a game with 1 out and runners on 2nd and 3rd."

Wow, I hadn't realized Pods' average is so low now.

I personally think he could've given up nothing. I believe Pods should definitely have caught that ball, but I may be wrong because I was doing a lot of work while I was watching it. And then the Dye play seemed catchable, too.

"The Mariners have their problems" translates to "Seattle sucks." For 4 innings of this game, Contreras looked literally unhittable. Now, the Rangers have a 3 spot and are back in this game. That makes me sad.
