Its not about the issues at this point anymore guys, those people made up their minds a while ago. It's about who you can trust to lead this country and Obama for the first time went face-to-face with McCain and looked like he could do it better.

McCain got absolutely crushed tonight, I thought the first two debates were absolute ties but this might've been the final nail in McCain/Palin's coffin. Joe the Plumber did not go over well.

Pretty much. Throughout every era music has always been pretty samey except for some very notable exceptions. Even now you only get 3 or 4 indie-rock records that sound different than everything else, but the internet has kind of provided a medium for people with ideas to get them out there to an audience that isn't composed completely of thier 375 international relations class or dorm floor. There's some unique stuff out there now, and I guess there's a bit of a thrill in finding it yourself that makes it all the better.

Money and effort is much better spent on Congress now. Shakowsky should win reelection in IL-10, but I'd really like for Kirk to get his ass kicked in IL-9 by Seals.

Rasmussen has kind of been a hold out for Obama in FL, for him to have a lead like is a clear signal. Also, RCP doesn't count Research 2000 polls and 538 does... so we'll see if there is anything there. side note: I just found this and it's lol. I like 538's chart the best. Rasmussen has Obama ahead in FL outside the margin or error (which is really big news) and there was a +2 for Obama in North Dakota.

538 hasnt posted yet today, and I know/have a feeling there will be some real shockers in there.

To hold you over Gallup has Obama +10 today nationally. There is more great news in the state polling that I'll post once 538 puts up their chart.

Just walk down College or Cherry this weekend and you'll forget this chick in a heartbeat. It took all of 10 minutes to get over this evil slut I dated this summer after coming to Carbondale.
