QUOTE(Athomeboy_2000 @ Mar 6, 2008 -> 01:49 PM) Obama brings in $55 million in February... SHATTERS the previous record, held by him! Wow. In 2 months he has raised $91M. That is ridiculous.

Since Tuesday morning Obama has gotten 8 superdelegate endorsements. That almost wipes out Clinton's entire gains from Tuesday night.

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Mar 5, 2008 -> 04:32 PM) There are almost certainly going to be several hundred superdelegates sitting on the sideline until the convention at this point. According to this tracker there are 283 left that have not endorsed. (See upper left part of page) http://demconwatch.blogspot.com/2008/01/su...egate-list.html

QUOTE(iamshack @ Mar 5, 2008 -> 12:03 PM) As to the tax returns, I'm not sure why that should be anyone's business, honestly. It's about transparency. She loaned her campaign $5M last month. Where did the $5M come from? Last I checked a US Senator isn't making millions.

March 4th Primaries
I think the Obama campaign mis-stepped late last week by allowing Clinton to dominate the headlines leading up to Tuesday. They should have tossed a few nuggets each day to the media. I would have announced the February campaign totals on Friday and had a couple superdelegates endorse each day leading up to Tuesday. The campaign didn't do that and the MSM was talking about Clinton all weekend. EDIT: They also bungled the Canada-NAFTA story. Should have nipped it as soon as word came out.

QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Mar 4, 2008 -> 02:58 PM) what in sams heck are you talking about, angelasdaddy said Obama is giving up after Texas, that is a fact He probably won't even wait for all of today's results to come in. I'd bet he'll have a press conference in the next hour or so to announce that he's dropping out. I mean why bother when the writing is on the wall?

QUOTE(NorthSideSox72 @ Mar 4, 2008 -> 01:48 PM) Interesting article showing that even if Clinton wins ALL 16 remaining states, she probably goes to Denver behind Obama in pledged delegates. Add that to the big 50 for Obama mentioned earlier, plus the fact that Obama is so much better off in national polls against McCain... Clinton looks to be in desperate straights. Interesting mention of the article you cited.
