At least our ace stepped up today.

Why do we have a .255 hitter batting 3rd? When will Dye get a chance to bat 3rd?

Well there's one good thing about Mark's poor start today. Don Cooper was on AM 1000 today and said that BMAC's role would depend on how Jon and Mark were involved in the CY Young race. I think after today we can count Mark out of that race. BMAC should get another start.
