FYI: I just called the box office to verify whether I can pick up the ALCS willcall tickets during business hours on any day. The lady stated that willcall for ALCS can be picked up only on the 7th, 8th and 10th from 10am - 9pm.

Question: Can I go to the box office whenever they are open to pickup the tickets at will call or does it have to be the day of the game?
