QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Nov 28, 2010 -> 01:04 PM) yeah i get it with the hd package Which reminds me of a complaint I made on facebook a while back....why the hell isn't HD mandatory for every station at this point?! It's just about 2011. It's ridiculous that I have to pay extra money to get a handful of extra HD channels.

QUOTE (JPN366 @ Nov 28, 2010 -> 11:15 AM) How much extra do you have to pay for it? It's a premium channel as far as I can tell. I have it and if it's not part of the basic package then it comes with the HD package which I believe is about $5 additional per month.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Nov 28, 2010 -> 08:27 AM) I have this channel called Palladia on Directv that pretty much shows concerts all day long, and i watched/recorded Muse live at Teignmouth, and I absolutely love it. Hysteria is quite a sight to behold live, I love watching their bassist play that song Yeah that Muse show was pretty awesome.

Terrorist plot foiled in Portland although the case reeks of entrapment on the FBI's part.

Tibideau (sp?) costs them the game with a bone-headed decision at the end. Why the f*** is Lucas even on the floor when you know you're going to get fouled? They guy was absolutely cold, sitting on the bench until that point.

Gaiser wound up being the better DJ over Richie Hawtin last night. Good times all around though.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Nov 26, 2010 -> 01:32 PM) I'm just amazed how much more time is spent on what Palin is saying than what someone like Biden is saying. Really? You're amazed? Again, she has her own reality show, has been sitting in the stands of the highest rated show on TV, has written two books, is a Fox News analyst, is extremely active in social media, is considered a front runner to run for President, etc. You're amazed at the amount of attention she gets? She isn't exactly trying to stay out of the spotlight.

QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Nov 25, 2010 -> 08:51 AM) There is no doubt in my mind that Derrick Rose is the MVP of the NBA right now. Paul is obviously having a great year, but not as good as Rose. Deron Williams might be D-Rose's biggest competition. Rose is def. in the top five, so my bias probably gives his #1, but I just don't see someone who is playing at an elite level that it more important to his team's success. Granted I only watch a Bulls game on rare occasion but it always seems like Rose misses very key shots late in the 4th quarter of games...at least whenever I happen to watch.

QUOTE (T R U @ Nov 25, 2010 -> 02:54 AM) They really need Mike Miller in there.. sucks that they wont be able to break that record this year but I think by the end of the season theyll be where they need to I think I'll start ignoring your predictions. Especially after your early season prediction of the Heat and last week's Bears game.

QUOTE (Controlled Chaos @ Nov 24, 2010 -> 11:32 AM) Anybody buy their phone through Amazon wireless? The prices can't be beat. Evo is $99($199 in store), Epic is $99($249 in store), every other phone they have for Sprint is .01. I called and spoke with them and asked if there are phone issues, does it have to be shipped back or can you take it to the store. She said you would take it to a Sprint store. Basically the only time you will send it back to them is if you're cancelling within 30 days or want to switch phones within 30 days. They also are waving activation fees Nov 23rd - Nov 30th. I called Sprint store and asked him if they would price match and he said no. I asked him what benefit do I have in buying from your store over Amazon and all he had was...well if there's a problem with the phone in the first 30 days and you have to send it back, you might be without a phone for a week. With the holidays coming up, you don't want that. Am I missing something here? I'm saving $150 bucks if I get the epic and I can get my wife a lower end smart phone for .01 I'm just thinking there has to be a catch somewhere. Any experience from anyone here? Droid Incredible free plus a $25 Dell gift card.
