  1. QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 25, 2010 -> 05:26 PM) 1. LF Pierre 2. 2B Beckham 3. DH Jones 4. 1B Konerko 5. 3B Teahen 6. CF Rios 7. RF Quentin 8. C Pierzynski 9. SS Ramirez I'd go with: Rios Teahen Jones Paulie Quentin Beckham Ramirez AJ Pierre Pierre is a terrible leadoff hitter so just bat him last. Beckham needs to prove he deserves to bat in the top of the lineup. Teahen is making the pitcher work so I like him 2nd. And f*** the L/R/L/R crap. It's pointless with a lousy hitting team. At least with this sort of lineup you clump your best hitters together and give the team a chance to have multiple run innings when they're up without the rally killers.
  2. Game 3 of our 15 game winning streak.
  3. QUOTE (jphat007 @ Apr 25, 2010 -> 04:07 PM) They are stupid good. I think they are the best team in the MLB this year. Even when they have a bad game they are in it at the end. As of right now they look like the best team in baseball IMO. Very balanced.
  4. Phew! The faster we groom Santos as the closer, the better.
  5. It feels like we have Todd Jones as our closer circa 2006/2007.
  6. f***ing Rauch (sp?) looks better than Jenks.
  7. Ugh. Always with 2 outs.
  8. This will be Jenks' best outing of the year.
  9. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Apr 25, 2010 -> 03:49 PM) Paul Konerko is a f***ing beast right now. Question to all... what is Andruw Jones wearing on his neck? Is that a sea-sickness patch? Birth control patch.
  10. QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 25, 2010 -> 03:48 PM) Can we survive an inning by Bobby now? I'd prefer an insurance run.
  11. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 25, 2010 -> 03:45 PM) Give credit to Ozzie there. I will although it was predictable. He always likes to give the starter a chance at the win.
  12. Our best chance to score with Jones and Paulie up. Unless Rios decides to walk off in back to back games.
  13. Phew! I love John Danks' balls.
  14. Strong inning so far for Danks. Tough hitter to retire here.
  15. The #8 hitter really making Danks work here.
  16. QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 25, 2010 -> 03:28 PM) While I'm happy we didn't bunt, I can't be the only one shocked that Ozzie didn't? You bunt with Beckham to get a runner to 2nd with 1 out, but not with your #9 hitter to get a runner to 3rd? There's very little that Ozzie does that makes sense.
  17. Most likely not scoring here. That'll give AJ a chance to add to his LOB total in the 8th.
  18. My god this offense is sad.
  19. Ugh. Ks looking. What a dreadful AB.
  20. 0-2. This better be a productive out.
  21. Teahen would look great batting 2nd. He really makes the pitcher work.
  22. QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 25, 2010 -> 03:18 PM) Three years ago, and Byrnes hits that one out. He lose contact with his supplier?
